That rate covers the bus, the professional driver, fuel, cold A/C, the custom bar kept on ice, club lighting and sound. Optional extras are itemized before booking; cleaning and damage terms are in the rental agreement.
What changes the price
Three things move the total: how many hours you book, the day and time (weekend prime hours book out first, so reserve early), and gratuity for your driver. Optional extras can also affect the total. The per-hour rate is the same whether you're running a bachelorette bar crawl or a wedding shuttle.
Because it's one flat rate for the whole 25 to 30 passenger bus, the more people you split it across, the cheaper it gets per person. Divide the quoted total by your confirmed passenger count to work out each person’s share.
Watch for hidden fees elsewhere
