Booking, Deposit & Payment
A $250 deposit reserves your date and time and is applied toward your total. It is not an additional charge. The remaining balance is due before or at the start of your rental. Rentals are a flat $185 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Your date is not held until the deposit is received. Prime dates (weekends, holidays, prom and wedding season) book out first, so we recommend reserving early.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans change, so contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or move your date. Deposits are generally non-refundable but can typically be applied to a rescheduled date within a reasonable window, subject to availability. Specific terms are confirmed in your booking agreement.
Conduct & Safety
Everyone rides safely: passengers must remain seated while the bus is in motion, keep aisles and the driver's area clear, and follow the driver's reasonable instructions. Anyone under 21 may not consume alcohol on board, and valid ID may be required.
Illegal substances, smoking where prohibited, standing through the roof or windows, and any behavior that endangers passengers or the driver are strictly not allowed and may result in the rental ending without a refund.
Alcohol
For 21-and-over groups, you're welcome to bring your own drinks and the bar stays on ice. Keep it responsible and legal. Open containers are not permitted outside the vehicle, and the group is responsible for compliance with Florida law.
Cleaning & Damage
We deliver the bus clean and ask that you leave it in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, spills or damage beyond normal use, and any biohazard cleanup, may incur a cleaning or repair fee. The person who books the rental is responsible for the group's conduct and any resulting charges.
Licensing & Insurance
LYTT Party Bus, LLC operates as a licensed, insured and USDOT-certified transportation provider. Our drivers are professionally licensed. Full terms are provided in the rental agreement you sign as part of booking.
